Wide Mouth Mushroom Liquid Culture Lids Grain Spawn Cultivation Mason Jar Lid
This liquid culture (LC) lids will fit all widemouth (86 mm) canning jars. The lids are equipped with a heavy duty injection port and a 0.22 µm syringe filter (25 mm diameter) that provides the contaminant-free gas exchange for your liquid culture. The lid and all components are 100% autoclavable.

The heavy duty injection port is of the highest quality and is able to withstand repeated injections before needing to be replaced. The syringe filter is made of a hydrophobic PTFE membrane with a polypropylene housing and is 100% reusable. We use these myco lids over and over again for liquid culture on our mushroom farm for our liquid culture mycelium and have been stored for a year and a half in a sterile refrigerator before having to transfer mycelium. All components on these autoclavable lids, “injection port & syringe filter” can easily be replaced. No need for added silicone to components all port holes are drilled to precise size for easy replacement to keep out any unwanted contamination in your diy liquid culture jar lids, replace components with ease!
