Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final on fresh culinary mushrooms. However, your satisfaction is important to us and we'll make it right if something goes wrong.

Fresh Mushrooms & Perishables We do not accept returns on fresh mushrooms. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Grow Kits & Supplies Unopened grow kits and dry goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund. Opened kits are non-refundable due to contamination risk.

Grain Spawn & Liquid Culture All biological products (grain spawn, liquid culture syringes) are non-refundable once shipped due to their perishable and time-sensitive nature.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
