Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.  Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order type.

Fresh & Perishable Orders Fresh culinary mushrooms and live biological products (grain spawn, liquid culture) are shipped with care to minimize transit time. We strongly recommend selecting the fastest available shipping option for these items. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after shipment.

Delivery Issues If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll work with your carrier to resolve the issue.

Wholesale Orders Wholesale and bulk orders may have different lead times and shipping arrangements. Please contact us directly to coordinate fulfillment.
