2. Products All products are intended for legal use only. Grow kits, grain spawn, and liquid cultures are sold for culinary mushroom cultivation purposes. We do not sell or support the cultivation of any controlled or illegal species.

3. Orders & Pricing We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Perishable Products Fresh mushrooms and biological products (grain spawn, liquid culture) are perishable. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or conditions outside our control once a shipment has left our facility.

5. Shipping We ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photos, text, and branding — is the property of Merry Mushroom Maidens and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Merry Mushroom Maidens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
