It drastically reduces the risk of contamination because the bag stays sealed from the moment you inject it until the day you harvest. How to Use Your All-In-One Grow Bag

Step 1: Inoculation

• Sanitize: Wipe the self-healing injection port with 70% isopropyl alcohol before starting.
• Inject: Use your spores or liquid culture to inject directly into the 3 lbs of grain at the bottom of the bag.
• Wait: Place the bag in a cool, dark place and wait for the grain to turn completely white with healthy mycelium.

Step 2: The "Break and Shake"

Once the bottom grain layer is fully colonized (solid white), it is time to mix the bag. Do not open the bag.

• Break it up: Use your hands to gently break the solid white grain block into small individual grains.
• Mix thoroughly: Shake and massage the bag until the 3 lbs of grain and 3 lbs of C.V.G. substrate are completely mixed together.

Step 3: Colonization & Fruiting

• Secondary Growth: Let the bag sit again. The mycelium will now spread from the grains into the C.V.G. substrate.
• Fruiting: Once the entire bag is white again, fruit directly in the bag within 7–14 days, or remove the colonized block and place it in a mono tub for even larger yields.

Can You Use This Bag in a Mono Tub?

Yes! Once your grain is colonized, break up the colonized grains and mix with the CVG in the bag. Cut open the top and layer your substrate into your mono tub for larger harvests.

Store in a cool, dark, dry place if not using immediately to maintain sterile integrity and moisture levels.
